Symposium Location

All SpecOps East 2008 Symposium & Expo and related activities will be held at the Crown Expo Center unless noted in program.

Hotels

There is no conference headquarters hotel. The Crown Expo Center does not have adjacent hotel accommodations. However, most Fayetteville hotels are within a 15 minute drive of the Crown Expo Center. Room blocks are being held at the following hotels. Individuals should call the hotel and request the SpecOps East 2008/Lodestar Group rate before the cut off date.

Travel to Fayetteville

Flights into Fayetteville are available. The Crown Expo Center does not have adjacent hotel accommodations. However, most Fayetteville hotels are within a 15 minute drive of the Crown Expo Center. Some attendees may find it more convenient to fly into Raleigh, NC, obtain a rental car and drive to Fayetteville.  Raleigh has several daily flights from major cities. Fayetteville is a one hour drive from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

For Planning Purposes:

SpecOps East 2008 opens with Outdoor Blasting Demos at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 18. The Exhibit hall will open with a Display Preview and Reception at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, November 18, 2008 and concludes at 6:00 PM, Thursday, November 20, 2008. Exhibitors will have Monday and Tuesday to set up and all must claim their exhibit space by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, November 18.
