Members of the media are invited to attend Road and Rail Security Symposium & Expo free of charge.
Advance registration is recommended. On-site media registration will be
available.

There will be a Press Room at the Event Site.
Road and Rail Media Requirements
- Media are invited to attend Road and Rail Security Symposium: exposition, panel sessions and breakout sessions free of charge. A press room and media coordinator will be available.
- To expedite the registration process, media representatives and freelancers are strongly encouraged to pre-register. Please do so by contacting Jeanne Eury, contact information above.
- All media must show valid credentials (photo ID, business card, Congressional Gallery Pass, Pentagon Press Pass or the equivalent). If on assignment for another publication, freelancing or researching, please bring an explanatory letter from the publication's editor.
- The Road and Rail Security Symposium media coordinator will provide escort service to photographers and video-graphers. All photographers and video-graphers must have permission from the media coordinator before entering any Road and Rail Security Symposium All panel sessions and breakout sessions are open to the media and may be recorded unless otherwise indicated, as long as the proceedings are not disturbed. Press access to Road and Rail Security Symposium sessions are subject to review by appropriate government public affairs
representatives. Lodestar Group will not be responsible for press access should requirements change.
- Interviews may be conducted subsequent to the sessions, at the discretion of the speakers, panelists or their staff.
- Soliciting or accepting orders for any product or service, including advertising space, in the exhibit hall or any other part of Road and Rail Security Symposium (including the exhibits) area is prohibited. Distribution of your organization's publications or other promotional material is also prohibited without prior approval by Road and Rail Security Symposium Show Management or the Lodestar Group, LLC.
- Lodestar Group, LLC reserves the right to refuse or revoke media access at its discretion.
