For planning purposes: NAVEXFOR 2008 opens with Display Preview and Reception in the exhibit hall at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, March 11, 2008 and concludes at 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 13, 2008. Exhibitors will have Monday and Tuesday to set up and all must claim their exhibit space by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, March 11.

The conference headquarters hotel is the Doubletree Hotel. The Doubletree is next to the Virginia Beach Convention Center.  Make reservations early cut off date Feb. 7, 2008.
