The official show decorator is Arata Expositions, Inc. The Exhibitor Service Kit will be sent by Arata Expositions, Inc. to the Exhibitor POC listed on your contract 60 days prior to the show. You can also download the complete service kit at www.arataexpo.com.

Please remember to submit all the appropriate paperwork and payment information to take advantage of discounts before the cut off dates. If you have any questions regarding electricity, internet connections, etc, please contact the appropriate vendor found in the service kit.
