Symposium Location

All IED 2008 Symposium & Expo and related activities will be held at the Crown Expo Center unless noted in program.

Hotels

There is no conference headquarters hotel. The Crown Expo Center does not have adjacent hotel accommodations. However, most Fayetteville hotels are within a 15 minute drive of the Crown Expo Center. Room blocks are being held at the following hotels. Individuals should call the hotel and request the IED 2008/Lodestar Group rate before the cut off date.

Travel to Fayetteville

Flights into Fayetteville are available. Some attendees may find it more convenient to fly into Raleigh, NC, obtain a rental car and drive to Fayetteville.  Raleigh has several daily flights from major cities. Fayetteville is a one hour drive from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

For Planning Purposes:

IED 2008l will open with a Display Preview and Reception at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, May 13, 2008. Outdoor/Range Demo may take place earlier in the day, please check the website for updates.. Exhibitors will have Monday beginning at 1:00pm to set up and all must claim their exhibit space by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, May 13. The IED Symposium concludes at noon on Thursday, May 15.
