Demo Zone Information

A limited number of demo slots are available at NO CHARGE. Exhibiting companies and displays that highlight emerging technologies and innovations in supporting the warfighting effectiveness, efficiency, adaptability, utility and mobility of special operations forces are invited to apply for demonstration times. Selected demonstrations will be promoted via signage and public address announcements. Scheduled demonstrations will take place throughout the afternoon of May 13. Demonstrations scheduled in specific booths should take place at the posted/advertised times. Participating Companies are welcome to conduct additional live demos as audience, time, and location availability permits. Demonstrations will be highlighted in event press and promotions.

The Demo Zone (DZ) allows attendees and guests to view simulated demonstrations, emerging technology and showcase large platform capabilities for mitigating Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). Exhibitor demonstrations are scheduled on Tuesday, May 13, prior to and during the Opening Preview and Reception.

Media and Press Opportunities for Exhibitors

IED 2008 will offer exhibitors opportunities to present products and services to a national and regional audience. Close proximity to Ft. Bragg and Camp LeJuene make IED 2008 an ideal press opportunity. IED 2007 drew strong media attention by local, state and national/international publications including Jane's Defence and the Washington Post.
