IED 2007 Symposium & Expo will return to Fayetteville, NC.  Timely and strategic, this was the only IED Event with exhibits and presentations/ workshops/interactive demonstrations scheduled to encourage the exchange of ideas. The exhibits and networking opportunities enabled military, industry and academia to explore emerging technologies and the latest in products and services. Military and industry attendees had ample opportunities to network and partner for rapid solutions aimed at eliminating the IED threat.

WHO ATTENDED: Over 900 attendees from Military, Academia, Industry, and the international defense community attended the IED 2007 Symposium & Expo.

WHO EXHIBITED:  67 regional/national/

international companies provided exhibits and interactive show floor demonstrations in the 94 10x10 display spaces in the Expo.

PRESS AND MEDIA:  Substantial and significant press coverage accompanied IED 2007 with articles highlighting new technology, exhibitors, and the symposium presentations, Journalists and reports represented inside Washington, Domestic Preparedness Journal, Fayetteville Observer, Paraglide, The Metro Herald, AP, WRAL News 5, Fox News and News 14 Carolinas.  IED 2006 was featured in the Washington Post.
